The company Alef Lamed Electronics (.א.ל) is a large enterprise in central Israel that produces advanced high-tech equipment designed to help alleviate the suffering of people with serious illnesses. Transportation is provided from Yehud, Holon, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam, Or Yehuda, Ramla, Lod, and Ganei Aviv.
The work takes place in the coating department at the factory in Yehud (19 Shabazi Street). Employees apply a protective lacquer coating to electronic boards and components. Work is performed in a small team, in a clean and quiet environment. There is a light smell of the coating material, which is safe for health, though individuals with high sensitivity to odors should take this into account.
No prior experience is required — training is provided on-site. It is important to be able to work with a microscope. The work is seated and repetitive, and employees are allowed to listen to music in one earphone.
Work schedule: permanent, 5.5 days a week — Sunday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00, and a short day on Fridays. Overtime is required two to three times a week until 19:00. No work on Shabbat.
Salary: determined during the interview depending on experience. Employees receive subsidized meals through the Sibos system, full employment terms, and all social benefits.
