The company Alef Lamed Electronics (.א.ל) is a large enterprise in central Israel that manufactures medical equipment used for the treatment of cancer and other serious diseases. Working at the factory offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of technology that helps save lives.
Transportation is provided from Yehud, Holon, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam, Or Yehuda, Ramla, Lod, and Ganei Aviv.
The work takes place in a sterile cleanroom at the factory in Yehud (19 Shabazi Street). Employees assemble and test components of medical electronics in a controlled environment while wearing special clothing — a jumpsuit, cap, and gloves. Most tasks are performed while seated.
No prior experience or Hebrew knowledge is required — full training is provided by the company. The work is calm and focused; employees are allowed to listen to music in one earphone. The use of cosmetics is not permitted, except for nail polish.
Work schedule: permanent, 5.5 days a week — Sunday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00, and every other Friday until 13:30. Overtime is available 2–3 times per week until 19:00. No work on Shabbat.
Salary: determined during the interview and depends on experience. Employees receive subsidized meals through the Сibus system, full employment benefits, and social security. The position qualifies as an “Avoda Muadefet” (preferred job for tax benefits) and provides an opportunity to acquire a stable profession in Israel from scratch.
