Job opening: Machine Operator in the Press Department at the Lageen factory in Kibbutz Yagur
The work takes place on automatic presses producing metal packaging — cans and lids. The operator is responsible for feeding material, monitoring quality, and handling minor technical issues during the shift. The position requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work with industrial machinery.
Experience operating production machines is required. A forklift license or driver’s license will be considered an advantage. The job is physical and suitable for those accustomed to active work. A basic level of Hebrew is sufficient.
Schedule: rotating, five and a half days per week. Working hours are from 06:30 to 15:30. During the high season (March to September), night shifts may be added on a weekly rotation — this is discussed individually with candidates. Overtime is possible, and work on Shabbat may be required.
Salary is determined during the interview.
