Approximately two months of comprehensive training, covering all aspects of store management:
📦 Ordering products and working with suppliers
📊 Budget and payroll management

🕒 Position Scope
Full-time | 6 days per week | including weekends

🎓 Completion of a company-sponsored management training program
🛍️ Management experience in retail (gas stations / convenience stores / pharmacy / fashion retail)
📅 Availability to work 6 days per week including weekends
🗓️ Availability to work on Saturdays
📍 Willingness to work in Central Israel
