Machine operator – Shaked

Job opening: Industrial Press Operator at Beth-El Industries (Taasiyot Beit-El) factory in Kibbutz Shaked

The work takes place at a modern manufacturing facility that produces industrial filtration systems and metal structures. Main responsibilities include operating and adjusting press machines, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting common technical issues. The position requires attentiveness, responsibility, and solid technical understanding.

Experience in operating and setting up similar machinery is required. Candidates must be able to read technical drawings, have basic English reading skills, and possess computer literacy. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. A strong ability to learn, motivation, and long-term commitment are important. Conversational Hebrew with reading and writing skills is required.

Schedule: full-time, five working days per week, with possible work on Fridays and Saturdays if necessary. Working hours are from 6:30 to 16:00, with regular overtime possible.

Transportation is provided from Hadera, Givat Olga, Pardes Hanna, Zikhron Yaakov, Or Akiva, Harish, Katzir, Hinanit, Shaked, and Afula.
Candidates from Yokneam, Tirat HaCarmel, Netanya, Daliyat al-Karmel, and Isfiya receive fuel reimbursement if arriving independently.

The company offers subsidized meals, 14 vacation days per year, participation in the Avoda Meudefet (preferred employment after military service) program, and opening of a Keren Hishtalmut (education and training fund) after three years of employment.

Salary is determined during the interview. Bonuses may be granted at the management’s discretion.
