The branch manager is fully responsible for the store’s operations — including sales, staff, and all day-to-day processes. Responsibilities include managing all departments such as storage, checkout, and sales floor, ensuring sales targets and service standards are met. The manager also liaises with the company’s head office, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, overseeing schedules, recruitment, and staff training.
Experience in retail is required, preferably in the food sector. Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills are essential. Basic proficiency in Hebrew and computer software is required for daily operations.
