Branch Manager – Ramat-Gan
A leading supermarket chain in Israel is looking for a Branch Manager!
Responsibilities:

Managing a team of approximately 12 employees

Full responsibility for store operations, including:
operations management, sales, quality control, safety, staff management, inventory management, and profit & loss
Training program includes:
-
Managing the inventory, suppliers, and logistics system
(over 200 suppliers and 20,000 product items)

Learning all store functions, including:
cash register operations, deli department, and butcher department

Employee training and development
-
Sales promotion and performance improvement
Working hours:
-
Full-time position-9 hours per day
-
Fridays-mandatory
-
Saturday shift-once per month (mandatory)
Salary and benefits:

Base salary-13,000 ₪
