Branch Manager – Ramat-Gan

A leading supermarket chain in Israel is looking for a Branch Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of approximately 12 employees

• Full responsibility for store operations, including:

  operations management, sales, quality control, safety, staff management, inventory management, and profit & loss

Training program includes:

• Managing the inventory, suppliers, and logistics system

  (over 200 suppliers and 20,000 product items)

• Learning all store functions, including:

  cash register operations, deli department, and butcher department

• Employee training and development

• Sales promotion and performance improvement

Working hours:

• Full-time position-9 hours per day

• Fridays-mandatory

• Saturday shift-once per month (mandatory)

Salary and benefits:

• Base salary-13,000 ₪

• Enhanced travel reimbursement
