Planner – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a leading global electronics company, is recruiting a Planner for a meaningful operational role in Migdal HaEmek.

In this role you sit at the connection point between the customer, production, and the warehouse — making sure that inventory works for the organization, not the other way around.

This role is suitable both for someone looking for a first planning position with learning and guidance, and for someone who has already worked as a planner and wants to grow into a broader scope within a global American company.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsibility for raw material availability — on time, at the right cost, and with the right quality

• Managing optimal inventory levels and improving customer service

• Planning and ordering raw materials based on customer forecasts and MRP system data

• Ongoing work with sales, finance, warehouse teams, and high-tech customers

• Performing analyses, monitoring, and data improvement to enhance planning and inventory processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics / Business Administration — significant advantage

• Experience in planning / production planning in a manufacturing organization — significant advantage

• Full proficiency in Office, especially Excel

• Good English (written and spoken)

• Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work full-time in a dynamic environment
