Flex, one of the world’s leading international electronics manufacturing companies, is looking for an SMT Operator to work on an advanced surface-mount technology production line.

Responsibilities

• Work on the SMT production line (surface-mount assembly of electronic components)
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Prepare machines for production and start the manufacturing process
• Load components and materials into the machines
• Perform in-process quality control
• Work according to production instructions and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists

Working Conditions

• Work in a modern electronics manufacturing facility
• Shift schedule: one week day shift / one week night shift
• Most of the work is performed standing near production equipment

Requirements

• Experience as an SMT operator – advantage
• Experience in electronics manufacturing – advantage
• Basic technical knowledge
• Ability to follow instructions and production processes
• Attention to detail and responsibility
