Ongoing legal advisory to management and HR in all areas of labor law.
Supporting organizational processes, employment changes, hearings, and termination processes.
Handling employee claims and working with government authorities.
Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and compliance procedures.
Handling disciplinary matters and supporting regulatory audits.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers and business partners.
Working with external law firms and managing legal risks within the organization.
Monitoring legislative updates and implementing them.
Requirements:
LL.B degree and valid Israeli license — required.
About 5 years of experience in labor law — required.
Experience supporting HR and providing legal advice to organizations.
Experience drafting employment agreements and commercial contracts — required.
Litigation experience in labor law — an advantage.
Experience as an in-house lawyer or in a leading law firm — an advantage.
Practical knowledge of labor law and regulation in Israel.
