Shift Supervisor – Haifa

Shift Supervisor required for Keshet Te’amim Supermarkets.

The Shift Supervisor oversees staff operations during shifts, ensuring cleanliness, order, and proper product display in the store. Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, resolving customer issues, coordinating between departments, and supervising cashiers and floor staff.

Previous experience in a supermarket or a similar position is required, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions in real-time situations. Attention to detail, accuracy, and readiness for physical activity during the shift are essential.

Shift-based schedule, 5–6 days a week, with possible work on Shabbat. Basic Hebrew is required for communication with staff and customers.
