The Head of the Cheese Department is fully responsible for managing the department. Duties include ordering and receiving products, monitoring stock levels and expiration dates, scheduling staff, and training and supervising employees. The role also involves ensuring product quality, proper display, customer service, and coordination with suppliers and store management.
At least one year of experience in a deli or dairy department is required, with management experience considered an advantage. Knowledge of cheese and dairy assortments, ability to work with equipment, and organizational skills are essential. The candidate should be able to lead a team and train new employees.

Fixed schedule, 5–6 days a week, with possible work on Shabbat. Basic Hebrew is required for communication with customers and staff.
