Assistant Branch Manager – Haifa

Assistant Branch Manager required for Keshet Te’amim Supermarkets.

Keshet Te’amim is a major Israeli supermarket chain with modern shopping halls and a well-developed logistics network. The company values responsibility, initiative, and the ability to maintain high standards of store management and organization.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing all supermarket operations and acts as a substitute during absences. Responsibilities include coordinating the work of staff in the sales area and storage zones, ensuring smooth operation of checkout lines, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role also involves monitoring task completion, adherence to company standards, and quality control.

Experience in a supermarket as a Shift Supervisor or Department Manager is required. Strong leadership and communication skills, conflict-resolution abilities, flexibility, and a high level of responsibility are essential. Basic familiarity with digital inventory and scheduling tools is an advantage.
