The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing all supermarket operations and acts as a substitute during absences. Responsibilities include coordinating the work of staff in the sales area and storage zones, ensuring smooth operation of checkout lines, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role also involves monitoring task completion, adherence to company standards, and quality control.
Experience in a supermarket as a Shift Supervisor or Department Manager is required. Strong leadership and communication skills, conflict-resolution abilities, flexibility, and a high level of responsibility are essential. Basic familiarity with digital inventory and scheduling tools is an advantage.

Full-time schedule, 5–6 days a week, with possible work on Shabbat. Basic Hebrew is required for managing staff and interacting with customers.
