Customer support representative required at the Keshet Te’amim logistics center in Kiryat Haim.
The Keshet Te’amim logistics center is a modern robotized facility responsible for assembling, processing, and delivering orders. It is located in Haifa’s industrial zone at Khalutzei HaTa’a’ssiya 110.
The position is suitable for residents of Kiryat Haim, Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Yam, and Haifa.
Main responsibilities include providing service to customers of the supermarket chain and online store, assisting with order placement and delivery, and coordinating with couriers and internal departments. The role does not involve sales and focuses solely on customer service and support.
Shift schedule, 5.5 days per week, from 9:00 to 17:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00. Overtime and Friday shifts may occur if needed. No work on Shabbat.
Fluent Hebrew and Russian are required, along with basic computer skills. Experience in customer service is an advantage.
