CNC Programmer – Haifa

CNC programmer-technologist required for the ALFA MILL factory in Haifa.

ALFA MILL specializes in high-precision metal and plastic machining. The factory is located in the Beit Carmeli area on Khalutzei HaTa'a'ssiya 53 Street in Haifa. The position is suitable for residents of Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Haim, and Kiryat Yam.

The job involves writing CNC milling programs, coordinating and supervising the work of machine operators and setters, and monitoring quality and production deadlines until parts are shipped. The work is performed with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines.

The workweek consists of 5 days. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 07:00 to 17:00. Work is not performed on Shabbat. Overtime may be required when necessary.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and SolidCam is required, as well as experience in setting up milling machines. Management experience is an advantage. Preference is given to candidates who started as machine setters and later advanced into programming. Knowledge of Hebrew is not required.
