✔ Develop rehabilitation and personalized care programs for seniors in the community

✔ Conduct home visits and assist elderly clients in accessing their social and medical rights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work / Gerontology / Occupational Therapy / Nursing / Physiotherapy

OR

• Bachelor’s degree + 160 hours of specialization in aging studies

OR

• Certification in Nursing Home Management / Gerontological Consulting

• Valid driver’s license
