📚 Training period:
About 2 months of comprehensive training, covering all aspects of store management:
📦 Ordering products and working with suppliers
📊 Budget and payroll management
⏱️ Work scheduling and performance targets
👥 Team management
🛒 Understanding store operations – cashier, deli, and merchandising

🕒 Position scope:
Full-time | 6 days per week | including weekends

✅ Requirements:
🎓 Completion of a management training program (company-sponsored)
🛍️ Management experience in retail (gas stations / convenience stores / pharmacy / fashion retail)
📅 Availability to work 6 days per week including weekends
🗓️ Availability to work on Saturdays
📍 Willingness to work in Central Israel
