  • Ongoing legal advisory to management and HR in all areas of labor law.

  • Supporting organizational processes, employment changes, hearings, and termination processes.

  • Handling employee claims and working with government authorities.

  • Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and compliance procedures.

  • Handling disciplinary matters and supporting regulatory audits.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers and business partners.

  • Working with external law firms and managing legal risks within the organization.

  • Monitoring legislative updates and implementing them.

Requirements:

  • LL.B degree and valid Israeli license — required.

  • About 5 years of experience in labor law — required.

  • Experience supporting HR and providing legal advice to organizations.

  • Experience drafting employment agreements and commercial contracts — required.

  • Litigation experience in labor law — an advantage.

  • Experience as an in-house lawyer or in a leading law firm — an advantage.

  • Practical knowledge of labor law and regulation in Israel.
